Based on the West Coast of the US, near Seattle, we have been operating in Alaska and the Western States for years. The distances and logistics, as well weather and culture are sometimes difficult. Travis has manufactured and delivered over 30 high end ocean going vessels of various styles worth many millions of dollars. From managing the design and integration of every aspect of the company and vessel to writing and selling every contract, he is familiar with interfacing operations with administration, including financial accounting reporting. As a commercial underwriter for a medium sized bank, Travis has been trained as and SBA (Small Business Administration) lender, also attended the West Coast School of Commercial Lending, and holds a BBA in Finance from the prestigious Henry B Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa. As a business operator I can help the struggling small business with their complex problems that are outside the lane of the Attorney or CPA. I will be your silent expert advisor as you handle your next big problem.
Generally you will hire us as a 1099 Contractor. We charge an up-front fee towards some initial phase of work and depending on the requirements of the situation we mutually agree on future payments.
The first hour of consultation is always at no charge to new potential clients so you can get to know us. We then make a proposal that fits your needs. The projects are so diverse there is no way to generalize. It's best to call and chat.
Legal Disclaimer: Travis Brandt is not a CPA or an Attorney. The advice we offer is 'business advice' and consultation. Sometimes, CPA's and Attorneys need to be consulted in things like tax implications and contracts. Generally speaking fees of CPA's and Attorneys are not covered unless at the outset it is clear that we need to consult one. We can most often work with your current CPA or Attorney. If you don't have one, we can likely recommend someone who is a good fit.
